mcwbdt Terms and Conditions

The following words and terms used in this document carry specific meanings and will be used with the same meaning throughout these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" or "Site" — The mcwbdt website and all its services, products and applications.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who operates a registered account on the mcwbdt platform.
• "Account" — A personal gaming profile registered on mcwbdt.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money granted as a promotional offer or reward that can be withdrawn subject to meeting specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the basis for all time calculations on this platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use the mcwbdt platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is open only to those who are 21 years or older.
• You must be a valid and active individual capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You must provide genuine identity and contact information — providing false information will result in account closure.
• A person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

3.1 Registration Process

Providing accurate and up-to-date personal information is mandatory to complete registration on mcwbdt. The email address and phone number provided at registration may be verified.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

mcwbdt may at any time request identity documents (national ID card, passport or birth registration certificate) and proof of address from a user. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. Use of the account through a third party is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on mcwbdt is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The same minimum limit applies to each method.

• Deposit transactions are processed almost instantly.
• For deposit purposes, use only a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if there is an active bonus wagering requirement.
• It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
• In cases of suspicious activity, mcwbdt reserves the right to process withdrawals subject to additional verification.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; and a deposit of ৳28,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing the total balance to ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must bet 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each promotional offer may have its own validity period and conditions — please read the details of each offer carefully.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once on a single account is prohibited.
• If an attempt is made to collect bonuses using multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the bonuses will be forfeited.
• mcwbdt reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses may be forfeited if unusual betting patterns are detected.

The mcwbdt platform includes various sections such as casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting. Each game section operates according to its relevant rules.

6.1 Slots and Casino Games

• The results of all slots and casino games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, mcwbdt reserves the right to assess the situation and make a reasonable decision.
• The bet history of each game session is stored and can be verified if required.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Bet settlement is based on results published by official sports bodies (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC, FIFA, etc.).
• If an event is cancelled, the original bet is generally refunded.
• mcwbdt is not responsible for delays or technical issues in live betting.

6.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games (such as those provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) use real-time video streaming. An ongoing round may be cancelled if the stream is interrupted or there is a connection problem.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcwbdt platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using any automated software, bot or script.
• Using the platform for money laundering, illegal fund transfers or any financial crime.
• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or technical error in the platform.
• Assuming another user's identity or creating an account with false information.
• Applying any technical method to manipulate game results.
• Bonus abuse — collecting extra bonuses using multiple accounts or third parties.

mcwbdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or suspicious financial transactions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• An order from a court, regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Evidence of being a minor.

If no active bonus abuse is detected at the time of account closure, the verified real cash balance will be returned to the user.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mcwbdt is not liable for the following:

• Loss in a game or bet due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account where the user has been negligent in protecting their password.
• Errors or delays by third-party payment service providers.
• Service disruption caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, etc.).

Complaint submission deadline: complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the relevant incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.
